working on competency api 27719e7f08
added an update competency functionality 2fc5ad92d2
fixed a few issues with the competencies, started working on notes. still wip 95286ae6dd
3 endpoints complete for comments -> get all comments, get by id, get by slug 1358b8981c
Completed the api through the use of DTO's ee681ad1f3

Delete Branch "competencies"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
