April is almost over…
2026 began almost 4 months ago now, and April is almost over.
When I spoke about the changes in my daily routine, I mentioned that time is very scarce, with only 24.25 hours free per week, and that I have to make the most of it. During the weekdays, all I really want to do is sleep.
Just my two cents, but I think that starting the day off right has more of an impact on the rest of the day than we think. I have been trying to get up at 6:30 am every day, and it has been a struggle. I have been trying to go to bed earlier, but it is not always possible. For that reason, the day feels like it is dragging on, and I am not as productive as I would like to be.
