Sitting in the sun

Today is a really beautiful day Subhan'Allah. Went outside a few minutes before eating lunch, cleaned the chair, and sat outside facing the sun directly. The way the sun touches the skin really does have an effect on the body… could have slept as I was if you ask me 😭
