Action plan to change teams

As I am changing teams effective <2026-04-07 Tue>, I thought it's a good idea to lay down the ground work for what will change. Toblerone and Shackleton differ in one main aspect: Shackleton is a much more extroverted team.

Standups are also longer than Toblerone, lasting half an hour instead of 15 minutes.

They do refinements on Mondays (10-11), and Wednesdays (13-14). Sprint planning occurs on Tuesdays from 13-14.
