Authoring Service

I wanted to ensure that there was a way to edit blogs without having to use an actual text editor, and having the repo cloned. I asked codex to generate a solution for this, and it came up with this authoring service. Took a while to get it through a pipeline, getting tests written and the systemd service to work.

I also added pipelines in gitea, as I wanted a form of CI/CD. Discord notifications are sent to alert me on their status.
