Instead of 1 clove fresh garlic, i used 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules.
Also used lime juice instead of lemon juice
need to work on plating (put too much salad, its better to cut the tomatos in smaller chunks and the salad in smaller pieces)

Dont use plastic sieve (as boiled water goes on it when extracting the potatos)
use low heat when toasting the wraps
served 3 large sized wraps (maybe use taco wraps next time)

# Intro
Right now life feels extremely cluttered. I have a lot of things that I want to do, but don't know where to begin, or what tools to use.
This clutter comes in my technical life and my personal life. In terms of technical life, my computer is a mess, files are everywhere, and Emacs config is also a mess. I have 4 devices that I mainly use, and I need to have a set standard for how I organise things.
Google chrome is a mess. I have over 200 tabs open.
My photos in my phone are a mess.
My files in my phone are a mess.
My notes in my phone are a mess.
My notes in Emacs are a mess.
In terms of personal life, my room is a mess.
I want to also sort out my spiritual aspect of life.
I plan on clocking out of work at 4PM today (and also every day). That would mean I have 30 minutes of lunch break, and 1.5 hours before the next phase of the day begins. So all in all, I will use from 4-4:45 every day to do something meaningful.
# How to begin this decluttering phase?
## <span class="done DONE">DONE</span> Emacs
Okay so for Emacs Config, I won't meddle with the work laptop, because that has it's own use case. I will rarely be using the one in the server, which leaves me with my main PC and macbook. These two need to be identical (spend 1h on weekend fixing this).
That will be Emacs all sorted.
## <span class="todo TODO">TODO</span> Windows
Now as for the files on the windows PC, I need to go through all the photos and centralise them into one folder.
All documents need to be centralised into one folder.
Anything else needs to be archived.
This will take a while
## <span class="done DONE">DONE</span> Linux
- Clean up generally (1h this weekend)
## Mac cleanup
### <span class="todo TODO">TODO</span> Photos
### <span class="done DONE">DONE</span> Files
## <span class="todo TODO">TODO</span> Physical book
- Any tasks on the weekend, or any spiritual tasks I would like to undertake will be jotted down in a notebook
## Note
Any notes that need jotting down will go in the notes file.

## Poem:
